Faarufushi will be the newest 5* island resort in the northern Raa Atol when it opens its doors in December this year. Kuramathi is one of the most popular resorts in the Maldives, and also one of the largest islands. It’s size means it has lots to offer – a mile-long beach, spa, diving school, 12 restaurants and seven bars. Laze by either of the two ocean-front infinity pools, or the lagoon pool shaded by palms, or snorkel on the stunning house reef accessed straight from the beach.
