Silversea Expedition Sales Manager, Akvile Marozaite, introduces Silver Cloud…
Our matriarch ship Silver Cloud offers more gilt-edged refinements than you would ever expect on an ice-strengthened expedition ship. Travelling from pole to pole, a voyage on board Silver Cloud is the ultimate expedition experience. Described as the “new definition in expedition cruising”, Silver Cloud captures the thrill of discovery with the comforts of modern luxury.
Silversea’s four ship strong expedition fleet covers almost 600 destinations with our latest addition accounting for almost a third of these.
Silver Cloud can carry up to 254 guests, but when in polar waters, we have chosen to limit her number to 200. With 16 new Zodiacs and an extensive team of first class experts (including naturalists, geologists, biologists, historians, and ornithologists), all guests can go exploring at the same time.
The beauty of Silver Cloud is not just in the excellence of her itineraries... with five dining options (including the much coveted Relais & Châteaux gastronomic restaurant), butler service for every suite and the most spacious suites in expedition cruising (100% ocean-view, 80% with private veranda), no hidden extras and excellent pre and post cruise packages, Silver Cloud offers the adventure of a lifetime with the comfort you deserve.
However, it is not just our fantastic ships that make a trip magical, but the people onboard. We have the most amazing staff – from the deck hands, to our expedition team, all the way to the Captain – going out of their way, every day, to create the most memorable holidays. Their expertise and knowledge, their commitment to deliver the most enjoyable, mind-blowing experience to you, our guests, is the reason I am so passionate about Silversea.
From her spacious accommodations and once-in-a-lifetime destinations, to her stunning restaurants and outstanding service, Silver Cloud delivers exhilarating expedition cruising with the utmost comfort and luxury.
